What we offer:

• Heart‑Coherence Coaching Packages (weekly or monthly sessions).

• Ground‑Based Equine Workshops (grooming, energy‑exchange games and leadership development).

• Optional Deep Personal Equine Gestalt Pathway (available only if you expressly opt‑in; it’s a separate, more serious track).

Fees & Payments:

• Prices are listed on our website or in the proposal you receive.

• Payments are processed via Stripe/PayPal on a pay‑as‑you‑go or subscription basis, depending on the program you choose.

• All fees are due before each session or at the start of a package, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• Standard Coaching Sessions: 24 hours’ notice required for a free reschedule. Missed sessions without notice are counted as a completed session (no refund).

• Equine Workshops/Retreats: Because we coordinate horses, venue, and staff, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. After that, we’ll issue a 50 % credit toward a future session.

• Shadow/Deeper Personal Pathway: Same 24‑hour rule, but because of the deeper work involved, we reserve the right to retain the full fee if a session is missed without notice.

Refunds:

• If you’re unsatisfied after the first two sessions, let us know in writing and we’ll discuss a partial refund (up to 50 %). After that point, refunds aren’t offered; we’ll instead provide a credit toward another HBI program.

Confidentiality & Privacy:

• Everything you share with us stays confidential—unless you give us written permission to share, or we’re legally required to disclose (e.g., court order, imminent risk of harm).

• We store client records on secure, password‑protected servers. Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Safety & Liability:

• No riding is allowed; all activities are ground‑based.

• You’ll receive a Safety Briefing before any equine work. Participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any time.

• By signing up, you acknowledge that you understand the risks inherent in working with large animals and agree to follow all safety instructions.

• HBI carries general liability insurance for the premises and activities. We are not liable for any emotional distress, physical injury, or loss incurred outside the scope of our agreed‑upon services, nor for any outcomes resulting from optional shadow/deeper personal sessions beyond the limits of applicable law.

Client Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately (closed‑toe shoes, comfortable clothing).

• Follow all safety instructions from our staff.

• Inform us promptly of any medical conditions, allergies, or triggers that could affect your participation.

• Respect the horses and fellow participants—no rough handling or disruptive behaviour.

Intellectual Property:

• All program materials (handouts, audio guides, videos, worksheets) are copyrighted by HBI.

• You may use them for personal development only. Redistribution, resale, or public posting without our written consent is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution:

• If a disagreement arises, let’s first try to sort it out informally via email or phone.

• If we can’t resolve it, we’ll use mediation in the province of Alberta, Canada where HBI is incorporated.

• As a last resort, any legal action will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
